iteriom, LLC (“iteriom,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) values our relationship with you and takes your privacy seriously. 2. PERSONAL INFORMATION

 While using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). Personal Information is information that identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be associated with, or can reasonably be linked to a particular individual or household.

We collect information from you both when you provide it voluntarily and also automatically when you use our Services. We may also collect Personal Information from other sources, as described below.

We collect Personal Information from you and any devices (including mobile devices) you use when you: use our Services, register for an account with us, provide us information on a web form, or over the telephone or digital chat, when you register at our conferences, when you update or add information to your account, when you otherwise correspond with us, engage or connect with us through one of our social media pages, or chat with our sales and support team (whether through digital or other means). Please remember that any information that is disclosed in public comments, forums, or other areas enabling other users to submit comments (“Forums”) becomes public information, is not maintained or treated as confidential, and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personal Information.

In addition, we also collect Personal Information about you from third parties in connection with our Services, including from the following sources:

  • Data analytics service providers
  • Email, digital chat, survey, feedback, and other communications service providers

If we combine or associate information from other sources with Personal Information that we collect through the Services, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Notice.


If we receive information identified as de-identified information from other sources, we will not attempt to re-identify such information.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect the following categories of Personal Information from you, depending on your interactions with our Services and the choices you make:


Identifiers: Your name, email address, postal address, unique personal identifier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address.


Financial Information: Name, billing and shipping address, and payment account information (e.g., last four digits of a payment card if processed by a third party).

Interactions:

  • Records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing histories; and information you provide to us.
  • Records of interactions with us via email, telephone, digital chat functionalities, and other means (including, where permitted, audio recordings and digital chat transcripts documenting contact information, date/time, and content of interactions). Internet / Electronic Network Activity: 
  • Browser History: Pages you visit (within our Services), browser specs, referring and exit websites.
  • Search History: Search terms you enter when accessing online content on our Services.
  • Device Connectivity & Configuration Data: Device details, language/region settings, and network info.
  • Geolocation Data: General location inferred from IP/internet connection or as permitted by your device settings.
  • Professional or Employment-related Information: Company affiliation, job title, tenure, professional experience, education.
  • Demographic Data: Age, gender, state/region, professional experience, and preferences (where provided).
  • Third Party Social Network Services: If you connect a social account, we may receive information you or the platform make available (including contacts), per that platform’s policies and your settings.

4. HOW WE COLLECT, USE, AND DISCLOSE INFORMATION

 We generally collect, use, and disclose your information when needed to fulfill a contractual obligation or where we (or our service providers) need to use your Personal Information for legitimate interests related to providing the Services. Examples include:


Account Registration Information

  • Sources: Directly from you; via our Services; from affiliates; vendors/suppliers/partners; social platforms; government/public sources.
  • Use: Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve Services; respond to requests; create/maintain your account; provide support; notify about changes; enable interactive features; send updates/marketing where permitted.
  • Disclosed for a Business Purpose: Yes (e.g., ISPs, social platforms, analytics/advertising vendors, professional services, customers, suppliers, partners, government agencies, affiliates).
     

Tradeshow, Conference, and Other Industry Interactions

  • Use: Event participation/partnerships; send updates/marketing where permitted.

  • Disclosed: Yes (ISPs, social platforms, analytics/advertising vendors, professional services, customers, suppliers, partners, government agencies, affiliates).
     

Cookies: We use cookies/unique identifiers and similar tech. You can manage cookies in your browser/device settings; disabling may impair some features.


Pixels / Web Beacons: Used (in aggregate) for analytics, improvements, and targeting information relevant to your use of our Services.


Anonymized Information: We may use de-identified/aggregated data for analysis, improvements, and feature development. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.


Subject to the following paragraph, we ask that you not send us sensitive personal information as defined by applicable law (e.g., SSNs, health/biometric data, union membership, etc.). If you submit such data, you consent to our processing/use per this Notice.

5. DISCLOSING YOUR INFORMATION

 We disclose non-Personal Information to third parties at our discretion. We do not sell or share Personal Information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. In connection with our Services, we may disclose your Personal Information to third parties who help us run our business and perform the Services, including:

  • Software/service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, marketing/email).
  • Affiliates, subsidiaries, customers, suppliers, and partners. 
  • Payment processors (i.e., third-party payment processors selected by us from time to time; your payment submission is governed by the applicable processor’s terms and privacy policy).
  • Data privacy vault/encryption/tokenization providers.
  • Advertising vendors and networks (as permitted by law).
  • Other third parties at your request.
     

Additionally, we disclose Personal Information when required by law; as necessary to provide Services; to protect rights, privacy, safety, or property of you/us/others; and to detect/prevent/address fraud, security, or technical issues. If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, we may disclose information in connection with that transaction.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION

 Marketing Preferences. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting info@iteriom.com. We may still send transactional/service emails (e.g., order confirmations).


Cookies/Do Not Track. You may control cookies via your browser/device. Features labeled “Do Not Track” are not yet uniform; we do not currently respond to such signals and may continue collecting information as described herein.


Third-Party Services. You may limit data shared from third-party services (e.g., social platforms) via their settings, or disconnect integration at any time. Disconnection does not delete data previously collected while connected.


Consumer Privacy Laws (e.g., CA/VA/CO). We provide the following disclosures for residents of certain states:

  • No Sale/Sharing: iteriom does not sell or share your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable laws.
  • Sensitive Personal Information: iteriom does not collect/process/sell/share Sensitive Personal Information for individuals using our Services.
     

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights (collectively, “Consumer Rights”), which may include:

  • Request categories and specific pieces of Personal Information collected, purposes, sources, and categories of third-party disclosures/sales/sharing (if any).
  • Receive a copy of your Personal Information collected in the past 12 months.
  • Request correction of inaccurate Personal Information.
  • Request deletion of Personal Information (subject to legal exceptions) 
  • Opt-out of sale/sharing (we do not sell/share as defined above) 
  • Appeal a decision regarding your request.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising rights.

Only you (or an authorized agent) may submit a verifiable request related to your Personal Information. We must verify requests and may ask for information sufficient to do so. We will deny requests from agents lacking proof of authorization.


Submitting a request does not require creating an account. We will use information provided in a request solely to verify and fulfill it.

7. HOW WE SAFEGUARD YOUR INFORMATION

 No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect Personal Information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any transmission is at your own risk. You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, IDs, and other access features associated with your use of the Services.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

 If you provide or transmit any information (including Personal Information or information identifying another individual) to us, our affiliates, or our vendors/suppliers/partners (“Representatives”) through the Services, you warrant that: (a) you are providing only your own information or information you are authorized to provide; and (b) our and our Representatives’ use of such information will not infringe or violate third-party rights.

9. HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

 We may store Personal Information as long as you use our Services and for legitimate business purposes. We retain and use Personal Information as necessary to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements/policies. We may continue to store Personal Information in standard backups.

We retain Usage Information for internal analysis, security, and functionality improvements, or as otherwise required by law.

10. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

 Our Services may provide links to third-party websites we do not control. If you make payments or access services through such third parties, your submission of information is governed by those parties’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, actions, content, or security of third-party sites. Please review their policies before providing information.

11. CHILDREN

 Our Services are not created for anyone under the age of 13 (“Children” or “Child”). By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent/guardian and become aware that your Child has provided Personal Information, please contact us at info@iteriom.com. If we learn we have collected such information without verified parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. SPECIAL NOTICE TO NON-U.S. USERS REGARDING DATA TRANSFER

 This website is intended for U.S. residents only. If you are outside the U.S. and use our Services, your Personal Information will be transferred to the U.S., which may have different data protection laws. By submitting Personal Information, you consent to the use and transfer/storage of that information in the U.S. as described in this Privacy Notice.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Privacy Notice, your use of our Services and website, and our use of information shall be construed, governed, and enforced under the laws of the State of Minnesota (without regard to conflicts-of-law rules). You agree that venue for all actions arising out of or relating to your use of our Services shall be in federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, within one (1) year after the claim arises. Each party waives any objections based on forum non conveniens and any objection to venue to the extent an action is brought in the courts identified above.
